Agreement and Conditions of Registration

Healing Forest Foundation

With my child’s registration in Kidz Power Kamp, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I am advised that Kid Power Camp is an educational and recreational camp and may involve physical, mental and emotional exertion. I hereby release Healing Forest Foundation and Kidz Power Kamp, its founders, trainers, employees, any and all other Healing Forest Foundation and Kid Power Camp participants and the premises in which Kidz Power Kamp is held, from any and all liability as a result of any physical, mental or emotional injuries, or damage to personal property suffered by my child either during or as a result of my child’s participation in Kidz Power Kamp.

I also acknowledge that my child is in good physical and mental health and condition and has no ailment, disability or impairment, which might prevent him or her from participating in Kidz Power Kamp which might be aggravated or activated by taking Kid Power Camp.

If my child is in therapy, I warrant and represent that I have discussed Kid Power Camp with his or her therapist, and have ascertained from him/her that my child’s participation is not likely to aggravate or activate any symptoms, illness or disorders which he or she may have, nor would it be harmful to his or her health or well being to participate in Kid Power Camp.

It is my understanding that Kid Power Camp is an experience, private and personal to each child, and I accordingly agree to respect the confidentiality of all the participants, both parents and children, and to keep all material shared or discussed by them, private and confidential.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the above terms. I freely and voluntarily agree to abide by all of these conditions.
